How do I unblock Apple pay in my iphone

I have an iPhone 6s that I got from my ex-employer that was given to me erased after I was let go. My old employer had company settings that blocked Apple Pay.

I restored my personal data and apps using an iCloud backup that had been made while the phone was still under company control (MDM).

Everything works fine except Apple Pay that is blocked in Wallet!

How can I restore settings to allow me to use Apple Pay now?
